BACDYS helps low-income youth and adults in NYC Bangladeshi neighborhoods attain educational and economic success, lead healthy lives, secure affordable housing, and develop lifelong leadership skills. Programs include ESL classes, afterschool programs, a naturalization course, and an annual multicultural festival celebrating different cultures in the East New York/Ozone Park/City Line area of Brooklyn.
WellMet’s $20,000 grant over two years will support the continued expansion of onsite programs.
