Art, Acceptance and A Place To Be Yourself

This Greenwich Village program which runs out of the Church of St. Luke (but is separate from it) operates most Saturday evenings, providing a safe and loving atmosphere as well as serving nutritious hot meals to more than 60 LGBTQA young people ages 13-23. More than 1600 are enrolled and in addition to food, there’s housingassistance, referrals to other programs, legal advice, writing and art programs. Our grant will be used for crucial outreach to young people who have fallen through the cracks of foster care and social services systems.
