This program provided test prep in math for the GED as well as assistance to small business. Established in l999.
According to Helicon’s dynamic founder, the national response to the curriculums Helicon has built has been excellent, but alas, the monetary support in NYC has not been adequate. It would like to develop a Kaplan-like test prep center here in math for SAT and GED exams for low-income teens.
