The mission of CASES (Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services) was to search for alternatives to jail time. Our grant supported a new program for teenage girls.
This program continues to offer judges alternative choices to jail which are not only less costly economically, but can lead to better personal outcomes for the teenager and for his/her community.
