100 was established in 1995 to improve relations between the law enforcement community and minority kids, ages 13-21. Grant for general operating funds. There was no answer after repeated calls, but their excellent website continues to offer guidelines as well as workshops in, for example, what to do if stopped by police and also what to do when one goes to court.
